Note de dégustation :
Last born in the Mottet Family, Cuvee Carpe Diem has a beautiful crimson almost black color with intense purple tints. A powerful and complex nose of black fruits, with spicy notes and coffee aromas.
On the palate, the attack is powerful and full. The mouth is round and silky. Rich tannins with a long aftertaste. Very good wine for ageing.
