Vinification:
Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats with temperature control at 16 to 18°C.
Tasting Notes:
Very nice bright and limpid colour with green hints. A powerful nose of citrus, passion fruits, and white flowers. In the mouth, a wonderful taste with very good freshness and acidity, and a long typical after-taste of Sauvignon aromas.
